As more and more independent accounting firms consolidate into regional and national firms, it is difficult for individuals and business owners to find a firm that offers personalized attention. It is with that in mind that FSB&W has emerged with a simple: but too often forgotten philosophy. An accounting firm should be large enough to handle high-level client needs but not so large that it is no longer able to provide the individualized service each of its clients require and deserve. Managing Partner and Co-founder of FSB&W, Jeff has been working in collaboration with businesses, corporations, families and individuals for over 30 years. Jeff partners with his clients to offer a unique and objective assessment of each of their individual needs. Whether it be an individual requiring compliance filing and tax planning or a company in need of business consulting and strategic planning, Jeff will identify current and potential issues and provide comprehensive and realistic solutions with an impartial point of view.

As a partner and co-founder of FSB&W, Christie concentrates on tax planning and compliance for all types of closely-held businesses and individuals. She routinely works with industries such as construction, manufacturing and wholesalers, professional service firms and real estate. In addition, as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Christie assists individuals in the various stages of the divorce process navigate the various money issues that arise.

Michael is a co-founder and partner of FSB&W and works closely with his clients, analyzing the financial data in their businesses and using that data to evaluate and implement solid business strategies. As a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, Michael works with small to mid-sized businesses in every stage, from start-up through sale or succession. His goal in working with his clients is to help them build a business that will enrich themselves, their team and their community.

Henry joined FSB&W as a partner in January 2018 bringing over 30 years of accounting, tax and consulting experience for individuals, fiduciaries and closely held companies. His clients see him as a trusted advisor who not only services their tax and accounting needs but is well versed in the tax code, proactive in planning and committed to their well-being. Henry enjoys many aspects of the profession including the ability to be of service to his clients.

With experience providing attestation, accounting, tax, and consulting services, for high-net-worth individuals, family investment partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, and privately-owned businesses. She serves clients in industries including construction, distribution, manufacturing, not-for-profit, professional service firms, and real estate. Helen provides value to her clients through education and training, as well as developing proper accounting systems and internal controls for their financial functions.

While providing reliable and trusted assurance services, John is committed to helping clients solve problems and reach their goals.
